Where the heck are the crucial details for Sony’s motion controller? At last years E3, they stated that the vibrator-esque device would launch into retailers this Spring. Well, it’s not quite Spring, but we haven’t gotten any info beyond the initial unveiling. I’d really like to see details of pricing, SKUs, games, and developer support. Lord knows that CES 2010 was a missed opportunity. Maybe they’ll unveil it all at GDC next month.

See that tiny white spec in the red circle? No? Well, me neither. But if you could read Japanese, you’d know that THAT’S Kratos! Yeah, that’s the same reaction I had… I’ll give you a second to get a hold of yourself.

It looks like God of War 3 could be redefining the terms ’scale’ and ‘epic’. Should be a Shadow of the Colossus fan’s wet dream.

PAX last weekend was packed with games and gamers eager to play them. Over at Sony’s booth one game was particularly packed and that was the station playing Heavy Rain.

Check out this Uncharted 2 cutscene between characters Chloe and Nathan. There’s heavy sexual undertone present here while the “maybe you’re happy to see me” line was quite the cheese ball. Not to mention it was  so obvious you could spot it 1000 leagues away, under the sea.

None-the-less this type of interaction works for these characters assuming they have a “past”, and it is fun to watch. Also, be sure to scope out Chloe’s ass.  Seriously… damn. I know you see it.

GT5-Damage

Earlier we posted that car doors do not “fly off” in Gran Turismo 5, that they simply “pop open” if you crash a certain way. We stand corrected thanks to this new footage.

SCEA President and CEO Jack Tretton gives us the ’skinny’ on the new PlayStation 3 Slim model.

The PS3 Slim goes on sale September 1, 2009 at $299. One hell of a bargain considering the vast amount of games, features, and functionality currently available for the PS3 game console.
